The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours once the request has been approved.
All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the member's own name. The use of third-party accounts is not permitted and may result in account suspension and freezing of funds.
oren333 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal, for security and compliance purposes.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
oren333 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
First Deposit Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value.
Calculation examples as set out below:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
- Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500
oren333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed to be aimed at manipulating wagering requirements.
Fulfilling the wagering requirements using bonus funds before making a withdrawal is an absolute condition. Withdrawals made before this condition is met will be declined.
VIP Programme and Cashback
oren333 offers a tiered VIP programme to reward member loyalty. There are three VIP tiers available:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
Advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined based on gaming activity and member loyalty to the platform. Cashback is calculated and credited weekly to eligible member accounts.
oren333 reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP programme, adjust cashback rates, or change eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use
Members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the oren333 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised tools to play or place bets.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing, abusing or threatening customer support staff or other members.
- Attempting to access another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system with intent to defraud.
- Uploading or distributing harmful or malicious content through the platform.
Violation of any of the above provisions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, cancellation of all existing balances and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate.
Account Closure and Suspension
